FIRST THE RULES OF ASKING!!
1) Be sure the question is not offensive or rude.
2) If the user does not want to anwser the question you said, choose another one.
3) Be creative, think of a good question they would like to hear.
NOW THE RULES OF ANWSERING!!
1) If you do not want to anwser a question the user is giving to you, tell him/her for a different question.
2) be sure to no- well...um thats pretty much it... Happy asking questions!!
